Owen Diversity Symposium
November 14, 2014
This annual event is especially targeted for individuals interested in the advancement of U.S. minorities in business. Topics include student life, challenges facing minorities in business and Vanderbilt's commitment to diversity. You will be able to register within your application when this event is open for registration.

Music City Jazz, Blues & Heritage Festival
The two-day festival is a fitting way for Music City to honor the way that song can bridge the cultural gaps that exist in our society.

Nashville Celebration of Cultures
Each year thousands turn out to learn about and celebrate Nashville’s diverse population.

National Black MBA Conference
Owen students and alumni attend this annual conference which includes job and networking opportunities, workshops, a case competition, and career coaching.

Native American Pow Wow
All are encouraged to celebrate and learn during this three-day event honoring the culture and heritage of Tennessee’s 10,000 Native American Indians.
