International Candidates

Students come from around the world to study at Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management. They know that they'll get a world-class education in a city that's safe, friendly and has a moderate year-round climate. In addition, many of these students have told us that they like our intimate size and focus on each person as an individual; here, their voices are heard.

In turn, Owen benefits significantly from the presence of these students. They bring diversity in languages, cultural backgrounds and worldviews to our community. We are inspired by and learn from these individuals. Most of all, we appreciate the new friends and fellow alumni that we have around the world.

Project Manager MBA Intern

At Vanderbilt, I am progressively becoming a professional who can compete on a global scale for the best jobs and who can take advantage of the new conditions in the global economy to create new business opportunities. At Owen, I have become a citizen of the world, who understands better the real importance and power of diversity, sustainability, emergent markets, the need for an international effort to diminish the impact of climate change, and so forth.
