The Vanderbilt Masters of Management of Health Care program is designed for managers, health care practitioners, working clinicians and executives who are in—or will be moving into—management roles within a private or public health care delivery organization including clinics, hospitals, long-term care facilities and pharmacies.
It is also suited for non-clinicians and other healthcare professionals who are tasked with managing clinical employees. With few exceptions, we expect these individuals to be sponsored by their current employers.
Candidates should have at least five years of relevant work experience and a demonstrated track record within the organization to fully benefit from this program.

I have learned so much from my fellow students. The mix of all disciplines of health care is truly unique. We are all in this together, and by 'this' I mean health care. We all want to make a difference and we want to make it better. Each and every student adds a different perspective and I have gained insight from all of my classmates at some point throughout the program.
