Course Description:
Examines the effects of organization design on organizational learning and performance. Traditional as well as innovative designs for organizational structures and processes will be explored. Topics include the impact of environment, technology, culture, and power and politics on organizational design, and the emergence of new organizational designs. Prerequisite: MGT 342 [2]
