Compensation Decision-Making


Course Description:
Analysis of approaches to the motivation of human performance through reward systems, particularly compensation systems. Theoretical models from economics, psychology, and sociology are integrated in analyses of issues of wage structuring, the design of incentives, and wage level. Practical exercises in the design of compensation systems are employed. Prerequisite: MGT 342. [2]
