New Product Development
The new product development process is examined from idea to launch, covering elements such as idea generation and screening to market scoping and testing. As part of the course, students will collaborate in teams to work on a new product development project for an actual company. Multiple techniques will be applied, including concept testing, conjoint analysis, forecasting, new product diffusion structures and rates, etc. Prerequisite: MGT 361.
