Nomination process in spring: All club members may nominate members for the following positions; President, Executive Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary. Club members may nominate people for more than one position, and self-nominations are accepted. The nomination deadline will be determined by the current executive team. Nominees will be contacted and will have the choice to accept or decline the nomination. Nomination process in fall: All club members may nominate for the following positions; VP. Club members may nominate people for more than one position, and self-nominations are accepted. The nomination deadline will be determined by the current executive team. Nominees will be contacted and will have the choice to accept or decline the nomination. Election Process: The nominated members’ photos, resume, and statements on their reasons for running for the position will be either posted on the website or emailed to club members. Club members will email their selection for the club positions to the appointed club member who will act as a election chairperson. The result of the election will be announced via the email or the club website.
