We are delighted that you are considering visiting the Vanderbilt University campus in Nashville, Tennessee. Visiting Owen and meeting current faculty and students is a great way to determine whether Vanderbilt is the right business school for you. Graduate business education represents a large investment both in terms of time and money. You are wise to research schools thoroughly.
A campus visit offers you an insider’s view and is the best way to gain a realistic impression of life as an Owen student. An organized visit allows you to attend class and eat lunch with a current student, interview with an admissions officer, and attend a small group discussion with our career management staff.
Although we welcome you to campus on your own at any time during normal business hours, organized campus visits are offered Monday through Thursday while classes are in session. We do not schedule organized visits during final exam periods, breaks, or holidays. A visit typically lasts from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM but may start earlier or end later depending on your schedule. Schedule Your Campus Visit
We offer Campus Visits Monday through Thursday, while classes are in session. Please view the full list of available Campus Visit dates prior to submitting your request.
If you have not created an online profile with Vanderbilt MBA, please complete this step first by clicking here. Then, once you have selected the date you would like to visit, please email your resume to campus.visit@owen.vanderbilt.edu along with your selected date. Ideally, you should schedule your visit at least two weeks in advance so that we can organize your day on campus and send you a personal itinerary. Scheduling your visit with enough notice will also allow you to make your travel plans accordingly.
Tuesday Information Sessions
If you are in the Nashville area, Tuesday Information Sessions at Owen are one of the best ways to learn more about the Vanderbilt MBA program. You'll have the opportunity to talk with MBA students in a relaxed, personal setting. They will provide an overview of the admissions process, curriculum, career paths and student life, plus they'll share stories from the trenches and answer your questions. You will not be evaluated for admission during the session. Information Sessions start September 22. To obtain the list of sessions offered throughout the year, click here. The sessions begin at 5:30 pm and will last approximately one hour.
