Gresham, Smith and Partners \| 2008 Gresham, Smith and Partners is a practice-led business of architects, engineers, planners, and designers focused on the goals of clients. In 2007, the company was retained to prepare a master redevelopment plan for a 12-acre site in the heart of downtown Nashville along the Cumberland River. Accelerator teams contributed to the effort by formulating their own master redevelopment plans for the site while considering recent downtown development, real estate market conditions and financial return for investors.
