Strategic Alignment of Human Capital
Strategic Alignment of Human Capital: Tactics for Excellence in Execution is designed to help organizational leaders better understand, and therefore, more actively and successfully guide, the strategic decisions regarding human capital. More specifically, the course will develop your ability to determine the types of human capital you need to execute your strategy, and then, the types of human resources practices that would deliver that human capital. You will be introduced to a leading edge model called the Strategic Alignment Model, which will help guide your analysis and decision making with regard to aligning human capital and human resources for strategy execution.
