Owen Alums and Open Enrollment Participants Receive up to $1,500 toward future classes!
Attention all Owen alumni and past Executive Development Institute participants--we want you back! As we look for ways in which to introduce our expanding breadth and depth of offerings to new participants, we've found that many former students in our public, open enrollment programs were originally referred by a colleague or friend. For this reason, we have created a referral discount program, offering significant discounts to you and to those you refer.
Here's how the referral program works:
To all Owen Alumni and Past Executive Development Institute Participants
For each person you refer to Vanderbilt Executive Development Institute programs who attends an open enrollment course for the first time, you will receive a $300 credit toward a future course in 2007-08. Accumulate up to $1,500 in credits!
Two easy steps to earn your $300 credits per course:
- Send a link to this webpage to your colleagues and friends.
- When your name is submitted to us as a referral, we will contact you by email letting you know your referral credit total.
In addition, all Owen alumni receive a 15% discount on all Executive Development Institute programs! These compact two- and three-day courses offer you opportunities to refresh, engage and strengthen your management expertise.
To New Executive Development Institute Participants
When you are referred to the Executive Development Institute, you also receive an immediate $300 discount off of the course registration fee. Your credits can be used toward any future course through 2008.
Easy steps to get your $300 credits per course:
- Check out the online course catalog and select the course you would like to attend
- Visit the online registration form
- In the "How did you hear about Owen executive programs?" box on the form, enter the name of the person who referred you, and this referral code: SE07
Program Guidelines
- Referred participants should be new to Vanderbilt Executive Development Institute (have not attended a course before).
- Credits can be combined with multiple-course and team discounts.
- Credits can be transferred with the consent of the Vanderbilt Executive Development Institute.
- The maximum number of credits referrers can accumulate is five.
- Discounts are applied per person and not per course attended.
- If the person who is referred cancels and the alumnus has already claimed their credit, an appropriate portion of the referee's tuition may be withheld at Vanderbilt University's discretion, pending reimbursement of the award to Vanderbilt by the alumnus.
- Your credit(s) will appear on the invoice sent by Vanderbilt Executive Development Institute.
