Résumé
You may submit your résumé with your online application or as a paper copy. It should be one page in length and in the form that you would normally present to a prospective employer.
Your résumé should include your name, contact information, educational background, work experience, and any other activities, interests, or hobbies that are important to you. Highlight your experiences, responsibilities, and accomplishments in a way that is meaningful, specific, and measurable whenever possible.
Work History
If submitting a paper application, we require a detailed work history (in addition to your résumé), so that we can more fully understand the organizations with which you have worked and accurately assess your career progression. The detailed work history has no page limit, but it should be clearly formatted and typed with a font size of 10 to 12 points. Please do not just copy the information from your résumé, but instead provide more information about the company/organization and your role while working there.
Starting with your most recent positions, list all significant full-time positions (including military service, Peace Corps, missionary or volunteer work, etc.) and part-time positions (including summer jobs, internships, and other positions requiring more than ten hours per week) you have held since earning your first undergraduate degree.
Candidates with little or no post-baccalaureate experience should include significant jobs, internships, and volunteer work during college. For each position, provide the same information requested on the application form for your current or most recent employer and explain any significant gaps (3 months or longer) in full-time employment.
