The basic Resources and Registrar information you’ll find here is just a small part of the many services provided by Owen’s Department of Academic Programs and Student Life.
The Office of Academic Programs and Student Life supports the academic, personal, and professional development of Vanderbilt MBA, EMBA, MS Finance, and PhD students.
This department maintains the academic records of Owen MBA, EMBA, MS Finance, and PhD students and provides advice and counseling in support of the student’s academic goals and objectives.
The office works in concert with the Vanderbilt Registrar’s office to enroll students in classes and to coordinate the release of transcripts.
They design and publish the Owen academic calendar, prepare the class and examination timetables, publish the course offerings, prepare degree audits of candidates for Commencement, and establish transfer credits.
The office facilitates interaction with other university resources like the offices of Student Health, Student Accounts, and Student Financial Aid.
The department supports student development by providing opportunities for participation in conferences and case competitions that augment student experience and enhance the life of the school.
