Academic transcripts are supplied by the University Registrar upon written authorization from the student. There is a $2.00 fee for each transcript, and records will not be released to students with unpaid tuition accounts. Because a student’s signature is required to release a transcript, the Owen Registrar cannot request an academic transcript on a student’s behalf. Effective August 1, 2003, students will pay a $30.00 transcript fee, which will guarantee unlimited transcript requests.

Change of Address
Students who change either their local or mailing address are expected to notify school and university registrars immediately. Candidates for degrees who are not in residence should keep the school informed of current mailing addresses.
