PhD Program in Finance
The PhD in Finance curriculum encompasses economic and financial theory, econometrics, and empirical methods. The objective is to develop a broad understanding of current research in finance, with an in-depth knowledge of the latest analytical techniques. PhD Program in Marketing
Doctoral study in Marketing at Owen offers students an exceptional opportunity to develop their research interests in the related fields of consumer behavior and marketing strategy. Our faculty has expertise in the areas of consumer decision making, advertising and emotions, satisfaction and loyalty, new products, preference development, brand symbolism and social networks. The Owen faculty boasts past editor of two premier marketing and consumer behavior journals, the Journal of Consumer Research and the Journal of Consumer Psychology. Owen faculty are regular contributors to these and other premier marketing journals.
