After attending Discover Weekend, I knew that Owen would be the place for me.  They gave me a great “insider’s” view of Graduate School and how I could join the Owen community and immediately make an impact.  I felt like my ideas, values and aspirations mattered to everyone I encountered during my visit. They paid particular attention to my interests and paired me up with those that could provide the best insight and advice moving forward in my career and the Graduate School process.

Welcome Weekend made it clear that Owen was the right fit: I walked into the lobby on our first day and met so many great students and faculty members that I instantly knew that these would be people I wanted to work with at Owen and beyond. I trusted my gut and have not regretted it since. Where else would you see a Dean dancing with students!!!
