Professor Smiley was appointed Faculty Director of Owen's new Americas MBA program in 2012. As former Prinicipal at Deloitte Consulting, Jeff has vast business experience in several countries which will be invaluable in our new program. Just a small sample of his international resume:
Brazil - (Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro) - Performed manufacturing and supply chain feasibility analyses for potential green field production/distribution facilities in Brazil. Client was $3.5 B privately-owned consumer products manufacturer headquartered in US.
Canada - (Ontario) – Led the service parts/service event strategy development for all joint-venture distributors operating in Canada for large industrial OEM headquartered in US ($12 B across North America).
Mexico - (Mexico City) - Led the implementation of middle-ware IT software to support integration of applications for volume allocation, planning and scheduling processes between North American entities of automotive OEM.
