Cracker Barrel board chairman to step down

Michael A. Woodhouse, executive chairman of Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores Inc., plans to step down later this year. Owen School of Management dean James W. Bradford, who joined the board a year ago, will succeed him as non-executive chairman. The story is also reported by the Nashville Post.
