Global Food Festival 2010

The Owen Global Business Association hosted their annual Global Food Festival on Thursday April 22nd at 6:00 p.m. Students were encouraged to form teams of five to seven people, select their country, state, or region of origin, and compete against their classmates in an Iron Chef-like cook off as well as for the best representation of their culture in general in the form of costumes and decorations. There was a broad range of participants representing countries from around the world and all over the United States. The Owen lobby was transformed into a swirl of different cultures and traditions, but most importantly, the food was incredible!
