Parents Weekend

Parents of Owen students came into town starting Thursday, October 21 to celebrate the first official "Parents Weekend" at Owen. The event coincided with Homecoming weekend for Vanderbilt. Parents enjoyed a special Thursday social, sponsored by the Global Business Association, which was titled Owentoberfest in honor of Oktoberfest. In addition, parents were encouraged to attend a speaker series and meet faculty on Friday during the day. Saturday's tailgate, sponsored by the Owen Culinary Society, was a great prelude for the Vanderbilt football game.
