OCS Annual Dinner with the Deans and Professors

On March 23, 2011, 30 students gathered at Dean Lehman's home for Owen Culinary Society's (OCS) annual Dinner with the Deans and Professors. This is consistently one of the most popular events, where the deans and professors have an opportunity to not only show off their culinary skills, but also interact with students in a much more casual setting.
This year's chefs, Jim Bradford, Yvonne Martin-Kidd, Nancy Lea Hyer, Gary Scudder, and Jon Lehman, prepared an elaborate and delightful Chef's Choice menu:Traditional beef chili – Chef Scudder
