Meet the Student Editors
Skylar Flax-Davidson is a second-year MBA student concentrating in Marketing and Strategy, originally from Washington, D.C.
Prior to Owen, she worked as an events manager for a James Beard award-winning restaurant in Washington, D.C. She then moved her focus to public relations in the hospitality industry and spent two years working for Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. Skylar spent the past summer interning in San Francisco for Gap Inc., working on the marketing strategy team.
Skylar has traveled to over 22 different countries, she loves to scuba dive, try new foods, and loves taking pictures.
Anne Fletcher is a first-year MBA student concentrating in Marketing and Brand Management. Prior to starting at Owen, Anne Fletcher owned and operated her own photography business in New York City, specializing in interiors, architecture, and real estate photography.
In addition to taking photographs, Anne loves to travel, to run, and to spend time with her dog Linus.
Submit a Story
if you are a current student at Owen we invite you to submit a story of your own reporting on a recent event. We are looking for stories that give the outside world a glimpse at activities taking place in and around the school and its community. These events can be either social or academic in nature.
All submissions are reviewed by our student editors and may be subject to a certain amount of editing depending on length, grammar, and spelling. We ask that you limit text to 750 characters and include a picture approximately 400 pixels wide by 240 pixels tall (we can reformat larger pictures but not smaller ones).
