Course Description:
The course covers the pricing and analysis of mortgages, leases, and mortgage-backed securities, as well as the U.S. securities markets for these instruments. Moreover, important elements in the management of real estate portfolios will be introduced and discussed. Prerequisite: MGT 431 and MGT 432a or permission of instructor. [2]
