Course Description:
This course introduces students to the institutional and regulatory detail that impacts the fundamental business challenges within the health care industry. The course will establish a base comfort level and understanding of the complex inter-relationships among the players in the industry, how this structure has evolved over time, and how these systemwide challenges are likely to affect business policy in the future. Students will develop an improved ability to frame the important questions and utilize innovative practices that will drive successful business strategy.
