Course Description:
The purpose of this course is to introduce students to pro forma real estate investment
analysis and associated basic concepts and terminology. The course will also incorporate
an intensive introduction to ARGUS, the real estate industry standard software for
projecting cash flows, transaction analysis, and valuation.
