Course Description:
Is an introductory course on managing material and information flows throughout the supply chain, including aspects of product design and configuration, inventory planning, network configuration, and channel management. Topics include managing products with short life cycles, strategic alliances and information sharing, supplier development, and electronic supply hubs.
