HUMAN & ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE (HOP)
Why Vanderbilt?
As one of the most highly regarded MBA Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) programs in the country, Owen offers a greater number and variety of courses than the majority of business schools. Unlike typical HR programs, the HOP program at Owen prepares you to sit at the strategy table, helping a company implement business tactics. Graduates traditionally secure excellent employment early on due to high demand for MBAs with human capital skills.
