After earning her MBA at Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management, Juli was hired by an Owen EMBA graduate as Manager, Benefit Programs for Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 1993. Her benefits work included expertise in health, life, disability, dental, retirement and tuition discount plans. Juli spent 10 years in Vanderbilt's Executive Development Institute running Custom Programs for corporate clients. In 2006, she transitioned to Vanderbilt's Executive MBA program with responsibility for recruiting and admissions, as well as planning the EMBA International Residency.She was instrumental in launching the Master of Management in Health Care and Americas MBA for Executives programs and has served as Executive Director of Executive MBA programs since 2012.
Juli grew up in Los Angeles and earned her B.S. from Brigham Young University. In her free time she enjoys spending time on Tennessee lakes and traveling with her husband and three children.

A former attorney specializing in non-profit organizations, Sarah joined Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management in 2006 as Assistant Director of the Executive MBA program. Beginning in 2008, Sarah began providing admissions guidance and support to the MM Health Care students, faculty and alumni and served as Program Director for the MM Health Care program until 2011. In 2011 Sarah took over the role as Program Director for the Executive MBA and Americas MBA programs, where she is responsible for all recruiting and admissions functions in conjunction with the Executive Director.
Originally from Southern California, Sarah lives in Nashville with her husband and four children. She appreciates Nashville’s friendly lifestyle, beautiful seasons and can almost always be found rock climbing, biking, or hiking with her kids through the Tennessee hills.

A graduate of the Vanderbilt's MBA program, Macie began her post-graduate career at Continental Airlines as a Revenue Management Analyst. Macie spent the next 11 years working at a variety of corporations in positions ranging from Marketing and Sales to Business Ethics and Project Management. In 2010, Macie joined the Marketing Department at the Owen Graduate School of Management, and was instrumental in helping launch the new Owen website in the fall of 2010. In 2011, Macie joined the Executive Programs office. As Associate Director, Macie is responsible for executive student support and services, managing recruiting events and communications, and other program coordination to support the Faculty Director and Executive Director.
Macie grew up in Nashville where she was a competitive swimmer for 13 years. Besides her Sudoku habit, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending her free time with her husband, 2 boys, 2 dogs, and extended family.

Cameron joins Owen from Samford University, where he served as Assistant Director for the Mann Center for Ethics and Leadership. In this role, Cameron helped craft a new strategic direction for the Center and managed seven programs. Previously he lived in Northwest Rwanda working for the Anglican Church of Rwanda as Shyira Diocese’s Development Officer. At Owen, he will work closely with the EMBA team to support student services and coordinate the international residencies for the EMBA and AMBA programs.
Cameron grew up in Charlotte, NC, but could not be more excited about living in Nashville. He enjoys hiking, traveling, reading fiction, and eating Mexican food.
Prior to joining Owen in January 1989, Sharon worked in the hotel industry for three years as a Reservations Sales Representative for Wyndham Hotels in Corpus Christi and Austin, Texas. Before working in the hotel industry, Sharon worked for two years at the Harris County Appraisal District in Pasadena, Texas, as a Real Property Appraisal Clerk and for eight years in the Quality Control Lab for Libby McNeill and Libby Cannery in Northern California.
Sharon and her identical twin sister, Karen, were born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. Although a proud Texan, she lived in the Sacramento, California, area for 13 years and has lived in the Nashville area since 1988. Sharon is married to her high school sweetheart, has four grown children and is the proud grandmother of nine grandchildren. Sharon’s interests include emerging songwriters and country music.
Executive Assistant to the Chief Recruiting Officer
Irisa joined Owen bringing thirteen years of experience working with senior-level staff having served in various executive assistant roles managing support operations for C-suite in a rapidly growing healthcare start up and orchestrating detailed international & domestic travel logistical arrangements and calendar for senior level executives and as well as streamlined and directed overall office operations for efficiency and effectiveness for the administrative group. Mostly recently Irisa served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Vivere Health. At Owen, Irisa provides support and administrative assistance to the Chief Recruiting Officer with daily office activities, personnel management, and operations management. She also coordinates complex and confidential issues and assume responsibilities in absence of more senior-level staff. Irisa was raised in New York where she attended Hofstra University and graduated with a BS in Fine Arts (specialization in Ceramics), later studied at the Rhode Island School of Design, MFA program in Ceramics, where she also worked as a Teaching Assistant. After a long twenty year hiatus and relocation to Nashville, the Potter turned Painter is back in the studio and embracing her love of the fine arts and music. Irisa was one of the highlighted artists during the Nashville Gallery Art Crawl in September 2014.

Tami Fassinger began her MBA career in marketing and product management with NCR Corporation in Ohio, focusing on new product releases and marketing communications. Her recruiting and training expertise includes corporate recruiting and staffing in the consulting industry as a western regional director and national recruiting director for Cap Gemini; executive search work in the technology and consulting industries for MRI in Denver; consulting to the Graduate Management Admission Council® in Virginia, owner of the GMAT® exam; university administration including EMBA degree and executive non-degree program management, MBA career services and MBA student recruiting and admissions at Vanderbilt. While at Vanderbilt's career services office, Tami co-authored Adams Job Interview Almanac, a popular business career book published in 1996. As Chief Recruiting Officer, Tami’s role helps students take a more career-centric approach to evaluating their choice of program within the Owen portfolio as well as maximizing potential career opportunities once enrolled.
A native of Sarasota, Florida, Tami lives in Franklin, Tennessee, with her husband, two daughters and her dog. She writes fiction, likes to cook, loves to eat, and spends as much time as possible outdoors or in Nashville's eclectic music venues.
