Forget preventive health care: Let them eat vegetables

The 2010 health care reform law mandates free preventive-care coverage. This approach is ignorant and irrational. It ignores the fact that preventive services are a minor contributor to the overall health of a population. In reality, lifestyle and genetics are far more important.
